Modern comfortable home walking distance (1.3km) to the popular Scarborough foreshore, with stunning beaches, restaurants and bars. The house is nested in a quiet street with ample free parking and 2km from the recently renovated Karrinyup shopping Centre. Nearby there are two popular wave kite launching spots - South Trigg Beach (1.4km) and Brighton Beach (1.9km). The house is decorated in minimalistic Scandi style with modern appliances and extra comfy beds and koala mattresses.

Scarborough is ever increasingly popular and lively coastal suburb only 11km from Perth CBD with many entertainment and dining options available. Scarborough's foreshore has stunning beaches, bars, cafes, playgrounds and restaurants - make sure to book an outside table at La Cappanina for sunset, their gnocchi and pizzas are delightful. Western Australia is famous for its captivating and colorful coastal sunsets, particularly on warmer nights. There is limited free parking on the foreshore, however the area can get busy during markets or on weekends - opt for a 20mins walk or grab one of the pay-per-use scooters. The nearby Karrinyup shopping and dining precinct was only recently renovated and is the largest shopping center in Western Australia. The dining and entertainment areas are open till late every day. Just north of Scarborough, South Trigg beach and a popular spot for wave kitesurfing. Kitesurfers often meetup in the carpark to organize car rides for downwinders from City beach, North Cottesloe or Leighton Beach back to this spot. For beginners, 15mins drive north to Pinnaroo Point you can take lessons and practice. WA Action Sports and Kitebud schools service this area and also provide gear hire.
